Bug Description
if you already have python-mysql installed, the venv cant find it
when you try to pip-install it from inside the venv, the venv cant find /etc.mysql.myconf
so you have to disable the --no-outside-sites flag when you build the venv
then, becuause you get around the nysql issue without actually solving it, you get "could not import settings 'dashboard.
installation done on 86_64 ubuntu 11.10
