none text on member management pages

Bug Description
When viewing the community member management pages, the string "None" appears as what looks like the title of the main content area. The page title is also set to the string None. See attached screenshot. This happens on the manage members, add existing, and invite new member pages.

Jim, I just tested this one. It is still broken in production but fixed on branch1. No need to tag it as it already has a release tag. But let's just test post-release and ensure it made it out.
