This change is needed to do the restructuring of printer driver packages described on

http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Printing/RethinkingTheStack

also in Ubuntu and so allow to sync or merge Debian's printer driver packages easily, to continue following the project of unifying Debian and Ubuntu printing stacks.
