text_tag widget is normally looking for its design widgets into openerp.ui, but fails to find them.

An error can be faced while running mass mailing wizard from Partner's form.

It has been fixed in lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-client/trunk-bug-883177-rga and It will merge soon with trunk client
