Bluetooth applet cannot push files to other device

Since installing oneiric bluetooth is not working. Although I can pair my phone and computer, I cannot send files from the computer, or browse the phone.
The phone can send files to the computer, but cannot browse files.
Wammu cannot find the phone.

This is an upstream issue. I am facing the same problem. Verified on Ubuntu, Kubuntu and Xubuntu 11.10 as well as on Fedora 15 with latest updates.
