Roll up/unroll window dont roll border in oneiric 11.10

I use the roll up/down window with the mouse wheel. In 11.04 works fine, but in 11.10 when i roll up the window the content goes up, but the border (with the shadow) dont. Sorry for my bad english.

The message I'm started to get in 11.04, and even more in 11.10 is that Ubuntu doesn't care about there power users anymore. Sorry everybody, just hope it gets fixed by luck in 12.04. This issue doesn't affect the out of box experience, someone has to change a setting to expose this. Changing settings not allowed!

Ubuntu just pushed out a compiz update in the 'proposed' s/w repository that resolves this issue on my system.

Thanks for the info i forgot to re-activate proposed and backport after upgrading to oneiric. Now this issue is solved and also the disappearing of windows, when one of the windows was minimized. Another step towards satisfaction. :)
