info should show public branch location

Bug Description

Bazaar now knows (through the public_branch location property) the public url for a branch: typically an http url. The register-branch command could pass this url to Launchpad when registering to save the user typing it twice.

However, we should perhaps confirm the url is correct.

I wish "bzr info" displayed this information. I have a moderately complex ~/.bazaar/locations.conf (because I work on multiple projects hosted in different locations), and it would be nice to be able to check that I have configured it correctly by looking at the output of "bzr info".
