Unity draws orange resize bar when resizing a window

Bug Description

If I resize a window by dragging a window corner or side, and drag it to the corner of the screen, the "aero half-size snap" to half the monitor width is activated. It shows the original trace in addition to the aero-snap trace of the window's future position. The "aero-snap" should only be activated with a window move, not a resize.

Bug #875557 is about workspace switcher. This one is about resizing windows. The faulty behaviour is similar, but it's still a different one.
