Serials Copy Templates not displaying in Serials Control View

In the Serials Control View, a copy template only displays if it was created for the specific org unit and doesn't show copy templates created at a higher level. For example, the copy template created on the Consortium Org Unit does not display for the branch library. This only applies to the Serials Control View. This problem does not appear to happen with the Alternate Serials Control View.

I am experiencing the same behavior on Evergreen versions 2.4.2 and 2.5.0.

As Tim mentions, it is still only affecting the Serial Control View when creating a distribution and selecting from the Receive Unit Template dropdown options.

I should also mention that it is affecting the Bind Unit Template options, as well.

Thanks all. This should make the Receive Unit Template and Bind Unit Template dropdowns show all copy templates within the desired scope.
