Marketplace client missing

The Markedplace client, which is very useful for installing extra modules/plugins to Eclipse, handling all dependency problems and required update sites, is currently missing from Ubuntu's distribution of Eclipse. I can not find any packages for installing it either.

WhenI tried installing the plugin for the packagedversion of eclipse it gave me an error: marketplace client requires org.eclipse.equinox.p2.discovery.feature.feature.group.

Try installing that dependency first then.
