Specifically, the expectations are for documentation for these two categories:
Python dev docs: in the nova/doc/source directory, write an .rst document that describes to other Python devs how this feature fits into the nova framework. Also the Python doc-strings are autodocumented from source and published to nova.openstack.org.
editing to remove the Cloud Admin docs and move them to a new doc bug.
