Bug Description
Quite often I'm unable to access the Accounts preferences. If I click on "Edit - Accounts" no window will show up, nor do I get an error.
The file ~/.xsession-errors will contain the following errors for each attempt:
GLib-GObject-
GLib-GObject-
GLib-GObject-
Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_window_
I can't reproduce it 100%, but it usually starts to occur when a connection error occurred for one of the accounts and this has been reported in the contact list accordingly.

After some more trying I managed to find a way to reproduce the issue. It's quite easy actually.
- Open Empathy
- Click on "Edit - Accounts"
- Close the Accounts dialog
After this it is not possible to open the Accounts dialog again.
A work-around is killing the "empathy-accounts" process using the "System Monitor". After killed you can access the dialog again, but just one time again.
