there are no official cinelerra packages, and the inofficial appear to create conflicts.
there's nothing we can do about this (the issue ought to be fixed on the cinelerra side).
alternatively, Ubuntu once shipped with cinelerra, but that hasn't done for aeons, so the bug has resolved itself.
