Firefox launcher icon doesn't show spread if all windows are minimized

To reproduce:

1. Open some firefox windows. It doesn't seem to matter how many.
2. Minimize all of them.
3. Left click the firefox launcher. Nothing happens.

Workaround:

Middle click the firefox launcher to open a new window, then left click the launcher twice to show the spread.

This bug happened immediately after a reboot. It might not happen if the computer has been in use for a while. Or it might be caused by the updates I just installed.

It turns out that what happened was after I rebooted, firefox opened all my old windows and tabs. But one of the windows got opened maximized on another workspace. This triggered bug 791412.
