Bug Description

to get status informations from vsftpd as user, vsftpd needs the following package: dbus in versions
1.2.16-2ubuntu4 and 1.2.16-2ubuntu4.3

if dbus is not installed, the following error message appears:

status: Unable to connect to system bus: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: No such file or directory.
