Bug Description

Attempting to resume from a paused state after pausing during disk IO using the Qemulator control monitor results instead in QEMU exiting

To reproduce:
Open Qemulator
Run any qemu vm in managed mode
pause the emulation while it is writing to one of the disk images
attempt to unpause the emulation

The first time that I noticed this was when I was installing OpenBSD to a x86 virtual machine using a raw format disk image
I have had the same problem with x86_64, mips, mipsel, and arm virtual machines using raw disk images as well
