Bug Description
I first tried to play an AAC file in Amarok and it told me to install the codec. This worked fine.
I restarted Amarok then tried to play an MP3 file. Again, it told me to install a codec, but the list of packages to be installed was empty. After the install of nothing, and restarting Amarok it still thought the codec was missing and wouldn't play the song.
Attempting to play the song in Dolphin caused a similar install of nothing.
I eventually got it working using these directions http://
sudo apt-get install libxine1-ffmpeg gstreamer0.
