nautilus window titles are not changing when changing directories

Bug Description

Window titles in Nautilus are static upon opening. It will keep the name of the directory you started browsing with Nautilus, and when you move to another directory the window title is still the same. Say you open Home, the window will be called Home, no matter what directory you find yourself in.
