Can't install lsb in Ubuntu 11.10 due to dependency issues

Bug Description

Below are the dependency issues that are keeping lsb from being installed on my Ubuntu 11.10 amd64.

$ sudo apt-get -f install lsb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 lsb : Depends: lsb-core but it is not going to be installed
       Depends: lsb-graphics but it is not going to be installed
       Depends: lsb-cxx but it is not going to be installed
       Depends: lsb-desktop but it is not going to be installed
       Depends: lsb-printing but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

$ sudo apt-get install lsb-core

 libc6-i386 : Depends: libc6 (= 2.13-9ubuntu3) but 2.13-20ubuntu5 is to be installed

$ sudo apt-get install lib32z1

Not a bug. I was using a mirror server w/ outdated repos.

Changed in lsb (Ubuntu):
