Bug Description

Hi,
I created a product of type "consumable/MTO/produce" and it has a BOM with a service product component. When I confirm the sales.order the task is created but when the task is done, the procurement order of the component's state changes to ready and the BOM product stays as waiting. The BOM is type "phantom / sets".
When the task is done the procurement order of the service product should change to "done" and also the BOM product also.

Hello,
I have checked the problem and found that it is wrong configuration.
create a new task for each procurement
 order line (e.g. for sale order lines), if the corresponding product
 meets the following characteristics:

  * Type = Service
  * Procurement method (Order fulfillment) = MTO (make to order)
  * Supply/Procurement method = Produce

Thanks and waiting for your reply!

Hi,
The configuration works fine the way you described it but only if I include the service product in the sales order line.

I would like to sell the service in packages and so I am using a Bill of Materials. For example, In the sales order line I want to sell a product "On-site installation". This product is "Consumable/MTO/Produce". Also I have a BOM linked to this product which has a component which is "Computer technician" ( type Service/MTO/Produce, qty 10 hrs ). When I confirm the sales order, the task is created perfectly for "Computer Technician" but when this task is closed, the sales order line stays in "waiting availability", when in fact the procurement has been completed.

Hello Gautam,

According to your given scenario when so is created at that time task is created and picking is also created.
when task is done the procurement order of the component's state change to done state and the sales order line stays in "waiting availability" because picking is not done yet.
When picking is done for the procurement order of the sales order line state change in "done" state.
For your more reference i have attach the video.

Thanks.
