Visited links not changing color

Visited links are not changing color. When a link on a page gets clicked, the new page loads, but then when returning to the first page, the visited link has not changed color to indicate that there was a visit. Visited links should have a different color than links that have not yet been visited.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an issue? Can this bug report now be closed?
