3) Grapping a Window with the mouse (or Keybord) and moving at close to the edges of the desktop should place it at the desktop (snapping-windows)
4) The behaviour seems to be erratic. It is nearly impossile to place a window where it belongs.

With gnome I never experienced this erratic behaviour, hence I think it is Unity-specific :-(
And for my work this makes Unity worthless!
