Select widget does not update in production environment

Bug Description

When a many2one field is shown with select widget in a form view.
Ex.: <field name="many2one_field" widget="select"/>

If the server-environment variable into openerp-web.cfg is set to "production", new objects created in the referenced table won't be shown as options of the select field: you need to restart the web server to see the changes.

I have checked this issue at my end.
but I did not face any problem
so would you please provide
more information like video or steps.
