Bug Description

This corruption started up once I upgraded to Ubuntu 11.10. It appears to only affect the Unity interface, since any text or graphics appearing in downloaded applications looks perfectly fine. I opened System Info, and it says that my video/graphics card is "unknown." My computer is an HP Pavilion Media Center s7415c Desktop PC. Submitted an apport bug report thing. Forgive me, I am an Ubuntu noob, I wish I knew what other information would be helpful. ^^;

Style of corruption looks like a mild version of the ones seen in Bug #820881...

Ok, it does look like the same issue. I switched to Unity 2D and I'm not having any problems. I guess I just follow the other bug report and delete this one?
