Upgrade fails by "Could not calculate update". E:Error, pkgProblemResolver.

Thank you for your bug report. From a terminal could you please run the following command:
apport-collect 880447

That will add relevant debugging information and log files to your report, which will aid developers and triagers in diagnosing your problem. Thanks in advance!

Well that's strange. Could you please manually attach the files located in "/var/log/dist-upgrade/" to your report? That's what I was hoping apport would collect.

I filed bug 880704 for the crash you're seeing with the package hook which is a separate issue from the upgrade failure you're experiencing.

Thanks for the logs. It confirms that it is a duplicate of bug 874220, as such I'm marking as dup.
The workaround is to remove libsublime1 and then try upgrading again.
