Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.04 - Unity
nVidia GTX460 (nvidia-current)

-> Enable Wobbling Windows ( Grid, Exposé)
-> Open an app and maximise it)
-> Click on Unity's Workspace Switcher
-> Move the maximised app from a desktop to another

What happen :
-> The moved app deforms itself when moving the mouse, even if the button 1 is not down and don't go back to maximised state and can't achor it to edges .
-> Grid shows rectangles when mouse go to left/right/top side of the screen and the area do not go off when the mouse go away from screen's sides.
-> Compiz is so unusable until you launch unity --replace or compiz --replace.

Hi, is this still an issue with an up-to-date version of 12.04?

No but I have another problem only with the grid :
If I put a windows in the top left hand corner Grid hesitates between maximise the window or make it take the left half of the screen. So it chose the C answer : maximise but keep the left hand side rectangle displayed.
The second time I tried to do this, the left hand side rectangle kept shown but the window (Nautilus) disappeared. There was still a triangle next to its icon, but the window denied to appear when I clicked on.
Should I open a new bug for this or do you think this bug is bound to this one ?

You should open a new bug. Please check launchpad to see if it's already been filed (may be difficult because the right wording is hard to find.

I'm closing this one because you said that it's been fixed with updates. If it returns, please reopen this bug.

Thanks for the help!
