First click is not registered after compiz scale plugin used via mouse (non-toggled)

Bug Description
Activate the scale plugin via a mouse button (not in toggle mode, click and hold the button to switch to a new application).
Then click on any item in the Unity launcher, and see that nothing happens.
Second click works though.
Not sure if it is a bug in Unity or in Compiz (Plugin).

I just noticed that the menus in the top right corner do not respond to the first click either.
Thus it could really be a bug in Compiz.
However it worked better before Unity was in Ubuntu, that's why my assumption agains Unity. Can be wrong though..
