Cannot connect to openerp-server on 11.10

Bug Description

A openerp-server on 11.10 cannot be connected to. I suspect something with the new Postgreql 9 upgrade. Since 10.04 until 11.04 there have been Postgresql 8.4 but for 11.10 there are Postgresql 9.

Hello Anders Wallenquist,

I have checked this issue with 11.10 but I did not face any problem to connect
a database so would you please check attached video and correct me if I am
wrong.
