Bug Description

this is an xfce 4.8 problem on ubuntu 11.10

adding rows doesnt do anything im stuck with a 2x2 pannel instead of a 4x1 for compiz.... xfapplet is broken as a side note so no alternate routes to repair this....

was broken when /bin/sh was symlinked to dash

That version is no more supported; please open a new bug report if the actual archive found version also has the same issue.
