CTRL-ALT-9 in compiz grid plugin positions window on TOP instead of TOP-RIGHT

Bug Description

CTRL-ALT-9 should position a window on top right. It positions a window on TOP instead. Attempts at changing the shortcut to something else seem to be ignored.
