clock indicator shows in the wrong order date and month

Clock indicator shows in the wrong order date and month. You can see details in attached screenshot.
In language settings date format is correct.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Seems like there's only the way to improve it by setting the parameter of key "com.canonical.indicator.datetime.time-format" to "custom" (in dconf editor), and the parameter of key "com.canonical.indicator.datetime.custom-time-format" to preffered format (according to strftime function. see man strftime). For example to ''%a, %d %b %H:%M".

Or You can use command line for that:
 gsettings set com.canonical.indicator.datetime time-format 'custom'
 gsettings set com.canonical.indicator.datetime custom-time-format '%a, %d %b %H:%M'
