Bug Description

Update the debian/control file to require libsqlheavy0.1-dev instead of libsqlheavy-dev.

I don't know what changed where, but I've encountered the same issue across multiple projects. On Oneiric just "libsqlheavy-dev" causes the launchpad autobuilder to error "The following packages have unmet dependencies: pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy: Depends: libsqlheavy-dev (>= 0.0) which is a virtual package.".
