Kubuntu Log Out menu glitch

Bug Description

In Fiesty, when I select Log Out from the K Menu, the fade effect smoothly scrolls down the screen but when it gets to the bottom, it reopens kmenu. This doesn't happen when I try to log out with the keyboard shortcut.

Good evening,

I am working on triaging bugs assigned to the meta-kde package and I noticed there has not been any activity on this bug since 2007. Are you still having problems with the Logout menu and a glitch on the fade effect. Are you still having problems with this bug? I am currently unable to reproduce this bug with my version of Gutsy and also with Hardy. If you are still having problems with this bug, and if so can you please update with the current status of this bug?
