Bug Description

Well, I have just updated Ubuntu from 11.04 to 11.10.

Now when I try browsing my Nokia phone from Ubuntu via Bluetooth, it gives me some error like this :
"Error: DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name :1.107 was not provided by any .service files
Please select another viewer and try again."
(Of course I have set up my phone with Ubuntu, ie paired and I set it as Authorized Device from my Phone)

Also I updated my 11.10 with Update Manager and although updates contains some related to bluetooth (like streaming and all that), it still doesnt work. Sending files to devices work without any problem. And this leads to the confusion. If the problem lies in Hardware or Driver, the sending files to device should also have not worked. But to my surprise it works without any problem!

Note that it was working properly with 11.04 without any problems.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks.

A temporary workaround:

Install obexfs : sudo apt-get install obexfs
create a new directory say MyPhone: mkdir ~/MyPhone
open terminal :
Right Click on Bluetooth Icon> Preferences. Locate your phone and copy its HW Address, of the form: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF
To mount : obexfs -b your:bluetooth:address ~/MyPhone
To unmount : fusermount --u ~/MyPhone

Now you can browse your device via bluetooth

You will have to type this command into terminal everytime you want to browse your phone
