Bug Description
The "shift track" time length input field should be a spinner, so that using the mouse wheel to quickly change the length would be possible.
OpenShot 1.4.0, Ubuntu 11.04

The problem with using a spinner is that it would need to be set in increments of hundredths or thousandths, which means scrolling would take a long time to reach, say, 29.675. I can't see how that would be quicker than typing the value in.
