Remove project length field from save dialog

When saving the project, I have to set the project length.

Why? When beginning a project, I almost never know how long the resulting video will be.

OpenShot should offer a better way to extend the timeline length.

The timeline and length of the project are extended automatically when files are dropped on the timeline that go over the current max length of the timeline.

Then setting the length in the save dialog is not useful at all.

I quickly made this patch which remove the ui bits. I didn't see were it was used in the code (if it even was), so testing welcome !
