Missing dents and context errors

Bug Description
Since the 'upgrade' of Status.net I've noticed at times dents do not show up in the Dents tab (my time line). This happens at time when people reply to me. I won't notice the reply until I hit the Mentions tab. Also I notice at times someone I follow will answer someone else I follow. But, I don't see the originating dent in the Dents tab. I have to click on "context" to see the full conversation.
I have no reliable way to reproduce this. It seems random.
I suspect this is breakage on the Status.net/server side.
