Bug Description

Description:

As of now none of the Linaro-Android builds support the tethering feature.
Tethering feature enables sharing of device's internet connection over BT/WiFi/USB.
(Bluetooth, WiFi and USB tethering are supported at Android level in Gingerbread.)
