Kile can't be dragged from Unity Dash onto Launcher

Bug Description
Kile is installed as one of the applications ubuntu 11.04 desktop. Other applications (e.g. firefox) allow one to drag the application from Dash onto the Launcher bar whereas Kile does not. If one drags Kile from the Dash onto the Laucher bar it just disappears. The application (i.e. Kile) only stays onto the Launcher bar when one opens it and while it is still open then look for it on the Launcher bar and then click "Keep In Launcher". When one looks for the "kile.desktop" file it is located in "/usr/share/
