UVF exception: gshare 0.94

Hi,
please consider to grant an UVF exception for gshare 0.94. This release is a plain bugfix release, most of them beeing small but one large one. gshare 0.94 now uses ndesk-dbus instead of the old, unmaintained, broken, buggy dbus-sharp dbus bindings. This fixes some of the most annoying bugs with gshare, like segfaulting on exit, etc...

Please note that the src/ndesk/* files are new files and as such the real code changes are fairly small when ignoring those files.

We won't use the internal copy of ndesk-dbus and ndesk-dbus-glib but will link to our packaged versions of it.

Also this is the last rdep of dbus-sharp... so updating this will allow us to remove the old dbus bindings finally
