usb start; usb stop; usb start freezes on Panda

Bug Description
If you type the below list of commands on the U-boot shell (Panda board), U-boot will freeze:
usb start
usb stop
usb start
This was tested on Linaro Ubuntu 11.09. This already happened in 11.08.
