Bug Description

I can't tell whether this is a functional problem or a web client issue.

When you first add an expense line it ignores the 0 after the decimal point.
To test it add an entry valued at 101.01 and then save and close.

This translates immediately to 101.1 in the list of lines.

You can't edit it either.

Why is the importance == Low? This makes the system unusable in this area of Expenses!

Fixed as bug 879355, this was solely a web client issue.

(formatting of floats had been broken when custom decimal separators were introduced, and lead to a loss of display precision and loss of all leading zeroes in the decimal data of a float field)
