Bug Description
Sorry there could be an overlap with similar bugs but I couldn't see a bug that was quite the same. Please see screenshot attached. There are two menus at the top of the screen and the 'close', 'minimize and 'maximize' buttons refuse to appear on mouse rollover when the global-menu appears.
Sorry I don't' have more info at the moment but I'll post a comment if I find out what triggers it.
