Bug Description

Cloop utilities make little sense if ubuntu oneiric misses the cloop kernel module.

For instance, how can cloop images be tested?

To make the matter worse, the cloop-util provides readme files with instructions that do not work at all in ubuntu due to the missing cloop-src package.

At least the fuse cloop code could probably be packaged, so that cloop images can be opened even if strict on disk space. (Currently one needs to uncompress the whole cloop image)

I've synced cloop from Debian to now include the cloop-src package, since it was unclear why it was being excluded in Ubuntu in the first place. Marking this as fixed accordingly.
