Bad German translation for ‘US Dollar’

The German translation for ‘US Dollar’ in gcalctool is ‘Amerikanischer Dollar’. This is not only uncommon, but also ignores all the other American Dollars out there.

What other American Dollars are there?
I know the US Dollar is used in other countries too as the main currency but its still the US Dollar.

The currency in Canada, Barbados, Bahamas, Jamaica, Cayman and others is called Dollar.
