Overlay appears when mouse touches screen border

Bug Description
Sometimes, when the mouse pointer touches the left or the right screen border, an orange overlay appear that cover from that border to the center of the screen. The overlay disappears after some time or if I change to the multiple desktops view.
I tried to record a video, but it seems I can't reproduce the bug as often while recording. I did manage to get a printscreen of the overlay.
