Pressing stop causes the end of the recording to be cut short [Ogg Vorbis]

Bug Description

Whilst recording you can see the waveforms being drawn. When you press stop there is a short section at the end of the waveform that appears to be cut off. You can see this more easily if you are 'over-recording' i.e record a short section and then press record again so that the new waveforms are drawn over the existing pattern. If you press stop before the end of the previous clip then a gap appears.

This affects only Ogg Vorbis, and doesn't affect WAV, FLAC and MP3 (as far as my testing goes). Therefore I tested Jokosher with:
GST_DEBUG=3,python:5,vorbis*:5,gnl*:5 apps/trunk/Jokosher/Jokosher -d -g > log5 2>&1

Very interesting is a fact that file doesn't get snapped, but piece in Jokosher does. Seems like not to be Ogg or Vorbis elements fault. Gnonlin/Jokosher internals maybe? Something snaps from one to three secs of the length and it gets misreported.

We have now integrates the single decode bin from pitivi which does not use queues. I tested this quickly and it seems to be fixed.
