Bug Description
In a clean Ubuntu 11.10 install, I started using banshee instead of rhythmbox, and once the music library scan was completed, I realized that many files were displayed as "Unknown artist" and "Unknown album". Also, the song title was the file name (without the extension). This behavior seems to happen only with wma or m4a files. Metadata from regular mp3 and ogg music files seems to work flawlessly.
Maybe banshee doesn't support these files, but then it lets me edit the song information, which doesn't make sense. The metadata is there, but banshee just doesn't read it.
Is there any solution?
I'm using ubuntu 11.10 amd64 and banshee 2.2.0-1ubuntu2
