Bug Description
In Natty [Super + W] used to show windows on all workspaces but not minimized ones. In Oneiric all windows are shown from all workspaces including minimized ones. If you have more than a few programs running Super + W becomes pretty much useless as an 'improved productivity' tool.
I suggest either:
That the behavior is reverted to be the same as Natty - [Super + W] shows windows from all workspaces but NOT minimized windows.
Or
That when [Super + W] is used minimized windows are separated a bit like in OS X >= Snow Leopard (see screenshot attached) to make it easy to tell what you are currently working on and what you're not.
Notice in the OS X screenshot the minimized windows are included but they are separated from 'open' windows by a line; they are shown smaller and they are shown near to the dock/launcher.

As detailed in bug 874004, this behavior is intentional.
