timeout error when searching in large translation template

Launchpad often (constantly) encounters a time out error when searching in package descriptions, a very large template.

How te reproduce:
- Go here: https://translations.launchpad.net/ddtp-ubuntu/oneiric/+pots/ddtp-ubuntu-universe/nl/+translate
- Notice that the page loads properly
- Now search for something in the template
- Launchpad gives an time out error. (Error ID: OOPS-2117BA96)

Usercase where this is a problem:
The package descriptions contain an insane amount of translatable strings, so we use a frontend to launchpad (nightmonkey:http://nightmonkey.ubuntu.hu/ ) to only select those strings that will be visible in the software center (ie, to normal users).
Due to this bug, we can no longer use nightmonkey (or any other method) to search for strings in the package description, which makes it impossible for us to continue translating the package descriptions.
